Exchange Email Interruption

Dear onCloud Customers,

We are currently experiencing an issue to our Exchange email server, we are working diligently to get this back online to you.

Yahoo Email Issue

Dear Microsoft Exchange Email Customers,

This notice is regarding a change from Yahoo that will limit your Microsoft Exchange Email service, should a Yahoo email account be sent up as an alternative email. The following change was made on April 8th 2014:

https://help.yahoo.com/kb/mail/SLN24016.html?impressions=true

This limits the sending ‘to’ and ‘from’ a yahoo email account, a change that myhosting.com did not foresee.

To remove this feature and continue utilizing our full Exchange services, please log into your control panel select the ‘Primary From Address’ OR ‘Alternate Email Address’ > Edit> Remove.

Yahoo and Hotmail domain email delays

Hello onCloud Hosted Exchange Customers,Please know that some of you may experience a delay when sending emails to Yahoo and Hotmail domains.

This seems to be impacting those sending from onCloud Exchange accounts only.

As a result we are doing our best to investigate spammers and other individuals abusing our systems and they will be dealt with accordingly. Please bear with us as we work through this. We will provide an updated when the issue is resolved.

Yahoo domain email delay

Hello Valued myhosting.com Customers,

We have just been informed that some or our email from our onCloud Exchange servers to Yahoo’s domains are being delayed for up to a few hours.

This seems to be impacting those sending from onCloud Exchange accounts only as the XSMTP system is used to relay mail.

As a result we are doing our best to investigate spammers and other individuals abusing our XSMTP systems and they will be dealt with accordingly. Please bear with us as we work through this. We will provide an updated when the issue is resolved.

This seems to be impacting those sending from Exchange, XMAIL and Classic accounts as the XSMTP system is used to relay mail.

As a result we are doing our best to investigate spammers and other individuals abusing our XSMTP system and they will be dealt with accordingly.  Please bear with us as we work through this.  We will provide an updated when the issue is resolved.
